mental health counseling to help you adapt to life’s seasons & express your inner voice.
therapy for life changes
Change is a part of life, but knowing that doesn’t always make it easier to cope. It’s okay to need a little extra support when things are shifting.
therapy for grief & loss
Losing a loved one, beloved pet, relationship, job, or anything else can bring up lots of conflicted feelings. You don’t have to process them alone.
Therapy for Anxiety & stress
Whether you struggle with chronic anxiety or are going through a particularly stressful time, therapy can be a grounding place amidst the chaos.
Hi, I’m Katelyn.
I’m a therapist (and fellow human) based in Burlington, Vermont.
I’m also a firm believer that we shouldn’t have to go through life’s challenges—or joys!—alone.
As someone who’s been on both sides of a therapy session, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be to have someone to bear witness to our experiences.
While therapy is a place where you can learn new skills and make positive changes in your life, I see it first and foremost as a place where you can be honest with yourself and another trusted person about what you’re going through.
That’s where the real magic happens.
Whether this is your first time trying therapy or you’re a seasoned therapy vet looking to start with someone new, I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
